Neap keeps all customer information confidential. We do not provide customer
information to other companies. This applies to purchases online, by fax,
by phone and over-the-counter. Neap markets directly to VCE students, parents and teachers.
Once a student, or parent of a student, has finished Year 12 we automatically remove their details
from our mailing list. Schools and other organisations remain on our records
to allow us to quickly process ongoing orders.
Personal information is collected from you through this website via subscribing
to our mailing-list, or purchasing a product, with your knowledge and
consent. It is used only for the purpose for which it is collected.

All online transactions are protected with SSL encryption, verified by Verisign. Always check for the padlock icon in your browser when entering
your credit card details.

If you wish to be removed from our mailing-list, or update your details,
