Enrolments

Enrolments will be processed in order of receipt, so early bookings are recommended. Your first preference will be given where possible. Payments must accompany enrolments. Enrolments are not transferable.

How to Enrol

Cost

The cost per student per Intensive 11-Session Program is $650 and 6-Session Programs are $390.
Students enrolled in two or more Intensive Programs pay a reduced rate on the cheapest program.
For 11-Session Programs, the second is $617.50, the third or more is $585.
For 6-Session Programs, the second is $370.50, the third or more is $351.
Please Note: Due to limitations on our website, each program will appear at full cost but you will be charged the correct amount when processed.
All prices are GST inclusive.

Duration

Programs are run over Semester 1, 2012. 11-Session Intensive Programs will begin from the 14th of March, 6-Session Intensive Programs will begin from the 18th of April. See the Program Schedule here
Each session will be of 2 hours duration, plus question time. Students are required to attend at the same group time for the duration of each program. If you are unable to attend a session at your normal group time, please let staff know in advance so that we can attempt to switch you temporarily to another class.

Cancellations

Enrolment cancellations will only be accepted if made in writing prior to the closing date. Fees, less $40 administration costs, will be refunded. Students who fail to attend the classes on the day will not be eligible to receive program notes unless a medical certificate or documentation from a guardian is supplied.

Confirmation

A confirmation of enrolment, receipt and relevant details will be posted once your enrolment has been processed. At the closing date, subject to enrolments, Neap reserves the right to cancel any program or to alter advertised program dates and times. A full refund will be given for a cancelled program. If you have not received your confirmation by the 13th of March for 11-Session enrolments or 17th of April for 6-Session enrolments, please call and advise staff so that we can give you the necessary information.

Closing Date

The closing date for enrolments is Monday 6th March 2012 for 11-Session Programs, Tuesday 10th April for 6-Session Programs.

Enrolments must be received by the closing date, so that classes can be finalised. Students applying after this date will be accepted only if places are available. It may not be possible to accommodate late applicants in their preferred group times.

Venue

Classes will be held in modern, well-equipped seminar rooms at Neap’s Training located within Melbourne’s university precinct.
